Focusing on the optimistic side

It's so easy for me to focus on the pessimistic side of my life: what I once had but lost now, what I am having but will lose later, what I don't have but others seem to have.
Instead, perhaps I should practice more on reminding myself what I have and will have, to remind myself how lucky I am.
I have a fursona that I really like and he's really meaningful to me. I'm glad I can be him, and I'm glad there are some friends who appreciate my fursona.
I learned that exercising, cooking and sleeping will eventually do me good and I can count on them.
I monitor my usage of attention, and I have tools like "mindfulness of the present" or "pay attention to projects first" to guide them.
I have several very close relations and I'm glad they very appreciate our close relation as well.
They are independent enough to take care of themselves, which is what I'm looking up to and learning from.
I will have hangouts with them later. If not, I know I always can schedule a talk with them.
I like my current job: fair pay, good atmosphere, knowledgeable managers with strong communication skill.
I have some side projects to work on, like music sketching and Rust Onism.
My parents are doing okay. I probably should learn more recipes from them later.
I know gardening your life is as important as setting your goals. So I pay attention to both of them.
I think learning new stuff can be fun. Take it easy.
I have a rather cozy place to live in. I'm surrounded by furry stuff, and friends enjoy it. I can improve the space when I want to.
13. I'm glad that I have many things to thank to in this thread.
